Hi Everyone! I am a pediatric Occupational Therapist with over 13 years experience in a variety of settings including public schools, private ABA schools, infant and toddler services, and specialty private practice clinics. I am currently practicing at a private practice in Overland Park, KS. My heart has always been drawn to children with autism and children who have experienced trauma in their past. I thrive on helping each family see these children reach their potential through an individualized approach to therapy focusing on creating connection and safety in their relationships, environment and bodies. I have a deep drive to understand the way we were created and wired for connection and how this helps us thrive in all aspects of life. When you meet someone in the same boat you are in, connection makes them close. I will introduce myself first. I am Jen. I have two bio kids, ages 10 and 6. My kids are my best teachers to help me understand what sensory processing looks like.
